I founded FARRELL HR in 2024, following 20 years in large, global corporates. I was made redundant from my role and decided to do things on my own terms.

I now work with a variety of brilliant businesses, bringing my skills and experience to improve their HR stuff!

I work directly with businesses that don't have an HR professional or team, as well as with in-house HR teams - as a fractional add-on with specific skills (usually ER and change).

Let me take a moment to tell you why my business is different.... In my experience, most business owners don’t actually want ‘HR’.

What they want is to grow their business, make good decisions about their employees, and not have people issues holding them back / tripping them up. 

That’s where FARRELL HR comes in. We love to work with leaders who see people as a business asset, and not just a risk in this ever changing employment landscape.

I support growing and established businesses to look at their future goals - and put the right people foundations in place, so they can scale with confidence and future-proof what they’ve built.

And let‘s be honest - HR often gets a bad rep. So let me reassure you that I work in a way that’s fun as well as practical.
