gighrly began with a simple realisation: finding brilliantly talented people professionals doing exceptional work and bringing them into one place for business owners and leaders to find and procure. As a long-time freelance HR and OD consultant myself, I knew how difficult it is to compete against larger consultancies, and I wanted a space to bring brilliant independents together to showcase their expertise to prospective clients.

Dotty has led major change programmes, supported through high-growth phases and downturns, designed future-proof operating models, shaped people strategies and advised senior leaders on how to build businesses where people can genuinely thrive.
