Amiga HR provides specialist HR consultancy services to small to medium sized businesses in the UK. We specialise in helping start-up and scale-up businesses to solve People problems, but are happy to work with more established companies too. Whether you have no in-house HR team, need an extra pair of hands for a project, or want to up-skill your existing team, we can help.
Amelia has 25 years of experience HR experience, including sitting on the Senior Leadership Teams of several tech SMEs. She combines expert HR knowledge with commercial acumen to help you find long lasting People solutions. She has covered HR for the UK, the USA, India, multiple EU countries, South Africa, and Japan.
Amelia is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and a graduate from the University of Exeter.
