I support businesses in managing workplace conflict and sensitive people issues, particularly during periods of change such as redundancy and restructure. Using mediation skills and a calm, impartial approach, I help facilitate conversations, de-escalate situations and support both leaders and managers in navigating difficult dynamics.
This may include early intervention to prevent issues from escalating, coaching managers on handling difficult conversations, and creating space for open, constructive dialogue where individuals feel heard.
