With a background in senior in-house HR roles, I understand the pressures leaders face when managing change. As an accredited workplace mediator and career coach, I also support organisations and individuals through challenging transitions, helping to achieve outcomes that are fair, balanced and sustainable.

Redundancy & Restructure

Managing redundancy and restructuring requires a structured, legally compliant and commercially sound approach. I support businesses and in-house HR teams through every stage of the redundancy process — helping to minimise risk while ensuring employees are treated fairly and professionally.

My end-to-end support covers planning, consultation, communication and implementation, alongside guiding leaders through decision-making and difficult conversations. The result is a calm, confident and compliant approach, giving you reassurance that everything is handled properly and stays on track.

From £600 – £900 per day (depending on scope)

Career Coaching (Redundancy & Transition Support)

As an accredited career coach, I support individuals through periods of change, including redundancy, providing practical and thoughtful guidance as they navigate their next steps. This may include helping to build confidence, consider options, prepare for interviews, structure CVs and LinkedIn profiles, or simply providing space to talk things through at what can be an uncertain time.

My approach is calm, supportive and grounded in real-world experience, helping individuals move forward with clarity and confidence.

From £100 – £150 per hour

Workplace Mediation & Conflict Support

I support businesses in managing workplace conflict and sensitive people issues, particularly during periods of change such as redundancy and restructure. Using mediation skills and a calm, impartial approach, I help facilitate conversations, de-escalate situations and support both leaders and managers in navigating difficult dynamics.

This may include early intervention to prevent issues from escalating, coaching managers on handling difficult conversations, and creating space for open, constructive dialogue where individuals feel heard. I also support teams and individuals to move forward following change. The focus is always on finding a practical way forward that works for both the individuals involved and the business.

From £600–£900 per day (depending on scope)

Fractional HR Support & Investigations

I provide flexible, senior-level HR support, stepping in at short notice when additional capacity or expertise is needed. Whether your HR team is stretched, you’re dealing with a complex issue, or there is a gap due to absence or change, I offer a safe and reliable pair of hands to keep things on track.

This includes leading specific pieces of work such as grievance investigations, where impartial, experienced input is essential, as well as supporting day-to-day HR activity during busy or challenging periods. My approach is calm and practical, giving you confidence that everything is handled correctly and runs smoothly.

From £600 – £900 per day (depending on scope)
