1:1 employee support

Provide 1:1 support for individuals within the organisation. Either as standalone or to support a programme or internal initiatives. Topics may include supporting:

managers to balance execution with management
staff going through a significant period of transition eg parental leave, role change, promotion
participants on a programme to embed and sustain their learnings
