Learning interventions can be face to face or virtually facilitated by an expert which may be Kate or one of her team.

Leadership development could be a stand alone module with pre-work and post session follow ups, actions and working groups. Or it could be a suite of modules facilitated over a 12 month period. It's as bespoke as your needs are!

121 Coaching will start with a free of charge chemistry call to ensure there is a good match for the coachee to reach their goals. Sessions are 90 minutes and the number of sessions will depend on the requirements of the coachee. Most clients opt to utilise our Emotional Intelligence Coaching and Clifton Strengths to unlock their true potential. We also see alot of success with other tools we are accredited in such as Insights.

Kate's experience and a bit about who she is...

Kate has over 18 years of experience in training and developing people and is passionate about facilitating engaging learning interventions. She was a key figure in developing leaders in the rapid growth phase of OVO Energy’s journey expanding from 200-1200 employees in just 5 years. Kate headed up the Talent Development function who were responsible for setting the strategy for development across the OVO Group including developing programmes for leaders and high potentials. Previous to this Kate worked in L&D roles in other sectors spanning the UK.

After having her son, Kate decided to set up her own training consultancy in 2018 working with a variety of businesses. She designs and facilitates learning and development opportunities that give individuals the best possible experience to increase knowledge retention, bring about actual behavioural change and create a positive impact. 

Kate and her team have worked with some incredible companies including Vertical Aerospace, Forbes Advisor, Datatonic, Fire Fly Green Fuels, Renewable Exchange, Fourth Floor, Gousto, Good Energy, Dentsu, OVO Energy and many more. They have written and delivered bespoke Leadership programmes, coached individuals and full executive teams and trained trainers.
