About Me

I specialise in helping organisations navigate end–to–end transformation, not just within HR, but across the entire business. As AI, and automation reshape work, organisations need support that spans planning, implementation and the complex people impacts that follow. That’s where I come in.

With 20+ years’ experience in organisational change, people transformation and leadership enablement, I partner with organisations to deliver holistic, human–centred change that is safe, compliant and sustainable. My approach supports every stage of the transformation journey, from early strategic planning through to post–implementation stabilisation.


As technology shifts roles, workflows and expectations, people experience the biggest impact, uncertainty, capability gaps, role redesigns and sometimes difficult outcomes. I help organisations navigate these moments with clarity, fairness and respect.

This starts with an AI readiness and workforce impact audit, followed by job architecture and org design aligned to future workflows. I support leaders to make fair, evidence based decisions on role content, capability shifts and risk, embedding AI enabled onboarding, people analytics and reporting into HR, hiring, engineering and ops, so transformation is sustainable, compliant and trusted.
