Hey there, I'm a fractional HR and Change Director, working with growing businesses, charities and CICs to help shape your organisation for sustainable growth. I work with those businesses who need help with their people strategy or organisational challenges but cannot afford a full time executive on their leadership team. My ethos is to deliver high impact people solutions that are pragmatic yet innovative and far beyond what you'd know as traditional HR in SMEs.
Using my proprietary REJIGIFY TM change framework I'll work with you to review your operating model, your operational flow and your strategic roadmap to design and implement an organisation that is fit for growth, complemented by cultures that magnetise talent, partners and investors to you.
I often get called in to help fix a people problem and then get asked to stay on to help prevent such problems re-occurring! My preference, however, is always to work with businesses on risk and reputational management to mitigate people problems in the first place! Invest in one day a month and I can contribute to your board discussions - invest in one or two days per week and I'll work with you to help you transform your operations into a well-oiled revenue generating machine!

I do this by helping you to design a business that is fit for the present and for the future, and by working with you to implement the changes it needs to grow sustainably.
Using my tried and tested REJIGIFY model to guide you through the key stages to architecting your business, I will ensure you can calmly implement the changes you need to be able to move forwards with confidence.
HR Consultancy Projects
Projects range from conducting HR Audits, implementing new systems, HR process improvement, supporting with recruitment and retention, exit management, performance management and people management training.

Working with you for 1-2 days per month I provide board-level advice, guidance, governance and strategic input to your business strategy.
