Since 2019 I've been working with values led employers making redundancies to offer support to those who leave. My team and I help individuals facing redundancy to create their next chapter.

With a 25 year career in HR and with experience of redundancies on both sides of the table, I established Wildwood Coaching to help more people through redundancy and give them the best opportunity to move forward.

I also want HR teams to know they've done all they can to help those impacted by redundancy with whatever happens next in their lives.

My team and I have supported hundreds of clients over the years and see first-hand the impact Outplacement Support has on the lives of those at risk of or facing redundancy.

Our support focusses on the human at the centre of the process, the person with responsibilities, a family and hopes for the future. We’re more than just career coaching. We provide person-centred, compassionate guidance, helping individuals to navigate this difficult time with dignity.
