About
If you are looking to reduce the impact of financial stress at work, strengthen manager capability and build more effective financial wellbeing support, I can help.
Money stress does not stay at home. It follows people to work and can show up as distraction, absenteeism, presenteeism, reduced productivity and higher turnover. Research suggests the knock-on effects of money stress can cost employers around 4% of payroll, making financial wellbeing both a wellbeing and business priority.
I’m Abby, an award-winning financial wellbeing and neurodivergent money expert with 25 years’ experience across financial services as a qualified financial adviser, coach and trainer. I work with organisations, individuals and wellbeing partners to reduce financial stress, improve wellbeing and build financial confidence.
My work combines financial wellbeing education, training, coaching and consultancy, with a particular focus on making money feel simple, practical and achievable.
I support organisations and individuals through financial wellbeing webinars, workshops, manager and Mental Health First Aider training, group coaching, consultancy and one-to-one Money Clarity sessions.
My specialist expertise includes neurodivergent-informed money support, drawing on both professional experience and ADHD coach training. My work brings a neurodivergent-informed lens to financial wellbeing, helping make support more inclusive.
At the heart of my work are four core beliefs that shape everything I do:
The more we talk about money, the more we normalise it.
When money conversations feel normal, more people can ask for support.
Money should feel safe, approachable and simple.
Support works better when people feel able to open up.
Money systems should be designed with neurodivergent people in mind.
Because when support works for neurodivergent people, it often works better for everyone.
Employers have an important role to play in supporting financial wellbeing.
Because work is a natural place to offer help, and better support benefits both people and organisations.
Whether you are looking for support for your workforce or for yourself, I offer practical, accessible support that helps people feel more confident and in control with money.
All my work is independent and impartial. No financial products are sold and no regulated advice is provided.
